Description

DBCO-PEGn-VC-PAB is a cleavable PEG-containing ADC linker for the development of antibody-coupled drugs (ADCs). The Val-Cit can be specifically cleaved by histone B; the DBCO (dibenzocyclooctyne) moiety is typically used for copper-free click chemistry; and the hydrophilic PEG spacer group improves the water solubility of the compound.
