Description

DBCO-PEGn-VA-PAB is a cleavable PEG-containing ADC linker for the development of antibody-coupled drugs (ADCs). Val-Ala can be specifically cleaved by histone B; DBCO (dibenzocyclooctyne) groups are commonly used in copper-free click chemistry; and hydrophilic PEG spacer groups improve the water solubility of compounds.
