The subject should fast for more than two hours and take one Urea [14C] capsule. After sitting still for 15 minutes, remove the gas collection card and blow into the air inlet. Stop blowing when the indicator in the indication window of the gas collection card changes from orange-red to yellow (about 1 to 3 minutes). Once the sample collection is complete, insert the gas collection card into the corresponding instrument for measurement.
