Description

Trimebutine maleate is an activator of Opioid receptor (DOR KOR MOR). It can inhibit the release of neurotransmitters involved in regulating gastrointestinal motility. Trimebutine maleate exhibits various biochemical and physiological effects, including the ability to inhibit the release of neurotransmitters related to gastrointestinal motility regulation. Furthermore, it reduces the contractile activity of smooth muscle cells in the gastrointestinal tract and alleviates pain associated with gastrointestinal motility disorders.
