Monodisperse monomolecular methoxy PEG azide can maintain the good solubility of polyethylene glycol in water, and when applied to PEG-modified drugs, this product can improve its hydrodynamic volume while maintaining the advantages of low polymerization and weak immunogenicity of PEG.
