N6-Benzoyl-5'-O-DMT-2'-O-(2-methoxyethyl)adenosine 3'-CE phosphoramidite is used to incorporate 2'-O-methoxyethyl-modified A into oligonucleotide phosphoramidites, which is useful for antisense RNA.
