Description
TARC, a CC chemokine, is predominantly produced by dendritic cells in the thymus, and signals through the CCR4 receptor. TARC is chemotactic towards T cells. Recombinant Rhesus Macaque TARC is an 8.1 kDa protein containing 71 amino acid residues, including the four conserved cysteine residues present in CC chemokines.
