Description

MAL-PEGn-VC-PAB is a cleavable PEG-containing ADC linker for the development of antibody-coupled drugs (ADCs). The Val-Cit can be specifically cleaved by histone B. The maleimide group can efficiently and specifically react with thiols to form stable thioether bonds, and the hydrophilic PEG spacer group improves the water solubility of the compounds.
